It's a fiber glass duct liner with a Reinforced Coating (RC) system. A strong, flexible, high-density mat reinforces the coating, which helps it adhere firmly to the insulation

In addition, the reinforced coating system is resistant to dirt and dust and formulated to protect the coating from potential growth of fungus and bacteria. It's even cleanable.

Spiracoustic Plus™
You wanted a round air duct liner that was easy to fabricate and quick to install. You got it from Johns Manville. Spiracoustic Plus fits round ducts of virtually any size.

It provides excellent acoustical and thermal performance, and installs in a snap. The coated liner delivers enhanced indoor environmental quality and superior thermal and acoustical performance. Eliminating internal perforated metal means lower material and labor costs.

Permacote® Linacoustic®
Permacote Linacoustic fiber glass duct liner and duct board noticeably reduces duct transmitted noise, such as crosstalk and sound energy from air movement and mechanical equipment. That translates into a much quieter classroom environment for learning.

Permacote Linacoustic insulations also help improve the indoor environmental quality in schools. The Permacote coating helps guard against the incursion of dust or dirt into the substrate, minimizing the potential for biological growth.

SuperSeal™ Coating Products
SuperSeal Coating Products help ensure the effectiveness of Johns Manville’s duct insulations. The coating products are air-dry derivatives of Permacote®, the tough, black acrylic polymer used for factory coating of the airstream surface and edges of JM’s SuperDuct RC, Spiracoustic Plus, and Linacoustic RC among others. Using SuperSeal for spot repairs and edge coating ensures continuous Permacote protection.
