Micro-Aire®
Micro-Aire duct board from Johns Manville features a smooth fiber glass mat airstream surface. The tough mat facing incorporates an EPA-registered agent to protect against potential microbial growth. Micro-Aire delivers better thermal and acoustical performance than sheet metal duct.

EnviroAire™ XG™
Quiet comfort is what students experience when you use new, white, EnviroAire XG residential duct board. A smooth mat facing provides a friendlier feel and less dust for installers, while its antimicrobial treatment protects against the growth of fungus and bacteria to provide a superior indoor environment for everyone involved.

It is important to have a duct board that provides quiet comfort for occupants, but also one that is durable during the installation process and for everyday use. EnviroAire XG is faced with JMs unique Reinforced Coating (RC™) system - a specially engineered fiber glass mat combined with a tough acrylic coating. In fact, this system withstands air velocities up to 6,000 fpm without damage or fiber loss. It also increases resistance to damage that may occur during handling, fabricating, shipping and installation.

SuperSeal™ Coating Products
SuperSeal Coating Products help ensure the effectiveness of Johns Manville's duct insulations. The coating products are air-dry derivatives of Permacote®, the tough, black acrylic polymer used for factory coating of the airstream surface and edges of JM's SuperDuct RC, Spiracoustic Plus, and Linacoustic RC among others.
